Working with Plexi

Overview and Preparation

This guide will show you how to work with Plexi from before you cut it to when you polish it. Many of you out there that have tried to mod your cases somehow have probably used Plexi while doing so. Plexi is one of a case modder’s best frinds, well, it is mine at least. In this guide, I will teach you to sand and polish your plexi so that it looks smoother than glass. Not even a laser cutter can make it look this good!

You'll need the following for this guide:

• The plexi you want to work with
• 36, 80, 400, 1200 and 2000 Grit sandpaper
• A polishing compound.
• Elbow grease. Lots, and lots of elbow grease.
