The fan grille for the two 120mm fans on the radiator was something i wasn't sure about. I had no idea what i was going to do. Then i had a look at one of the fan grilles a friend of mine designed. His design was based on one of A.C. Ryan's "Radgrillz", except his was a plexi one. So i asked him if i could use his design, but modify it slightly, and remove the grille and just use the boarder. He gave me permission to do that. Thanks Bertus

Add some A.C. Ryan Mesh to the equation:

The result will be something beautiful:

I have yet to cut the mesh.

I suspect that the mesh will be a bit restrictive to airflow, and that will cause some unwanted noise. If it is noisy, i'll have to use some other mesh.
